Below you'll find answers to some common questions around order custom packagings. Every order is little different though, so don't hesitate to reach out with anything else you might be wondering.
1, Can I get an instant quote for my order?
Yes, if you have design already, please email to us, and tell us your order quantity, shipping address details with postcode. We will count cost and shipping fee for you in 24 hours.
If you don't have a design yet, please tell us what size you need, we will create template for you free, you need to find a designer to help you to do design on our template and send back to us for quotation.

3, What packaging products can I order from Wondrous Packaging?
At Wondrous Packaging, we offer a variety of packages for you to choose from and customize. Our custom packaging boxes include mailer boxes, product boxes, gift boxes, empty skincare oil bottles, tissue papers, thank you cards, label stickers, etc.
They can be ordered in stock or custom sizes at low minimums. These box styles are perfect for either retail packaging or ecommerce deliveries.
4, What is the turnaround time on my order?
Our Standard turnaround for most custom packaging orders is around 15 days and Rush turnaround is 7-10 days. These turnarounds do not include transit time.
Special custom or bulk orders may require a few extra days to get setup and produced. Please note that during extremely busy times of year some orders may take longer to complete.
5, What is the turnaround time of shipping?
We provide shipment from China to all over the world. Shipping time depends on your country, postcode and shipping way.
Normal by express door to door 5-10 days. By air door to door 12-18 days. By sea or railway door to door 30-45 days.
Some shipping ways are customs duty free (Please email us to know more).
6, What is payment term for order? Do I get a proof before printing?
For custom order, deposit 30% to start production, we will send pictures and video to you when production done. After you confirm it all good then balance 70% before shipping.
Normal you can't make any change for order after deposit payment, otherwise there will be some extra fees.
7, Will I see a proof for my order?
Yes, we will provide a testing sample before mass producion. If you need the sample to be sent to you, have to pay shipping cost.
8, How do I know if my art is printable?
Our team will review your design for any technical concerns (artwork resolution, blurriness, splits, thin lines, and bleeds) and if found, will note them for your attention in the proof. If you're unsure of how to fix any printing concerns that are noted, our Prepress representatives are happy to help you through the process. It's important to keep in mind that our team does not check for spelling or grammar errors, nor do they provide any subjective feedback on design content.
9, Can you print inside the boxes?
Yes! We can print on the inside of boxes, but two sides printing will make MOQ and cost higher and production time a little longer. Better email design to us to confirm.
10, What choices affect my pricing?
Pricing is generally a factor of five things: dimensions, style, ink coverage, material, and quantity (higher quantities = bulk savings) and shipping address. If you have questions about pricing or choices that can affect your custom packaging order, please feel free to email us!
11, How to make payment?
After all order details and quotation confirmed, we will make invoice to you for payment.
PayPal, Bank Transfer both available.
12, What is your After-sales Service? How to keep order quality?
We will send tracking number to you after shipment, each order shipment can be tracked online.
We also will keep following it and update information to you when parcels are nearly to be delivered.
If glass products you received are broken or any other problems, please feel free to contact us, we can refund related amouts for sure.
